Industrial Visit - Lion Brewery, Biyagama

On the 18th of June 2026, 3rd year undergraduate students along with academic staff members took part in an industrial visit to Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC. This was industrial visit was organized as a practical component of the MIBI 33534 course unit's Microbial Technology section. The visit was facilitated by Mr. Dilum Wijewantha, Quality Assurance Division of Lion Brewery PLC, who is an alumnus of the Department of Microbiology.
